We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead enAI’s next chapter of growth and innovation, spearheading our efforts to become the leading AI in the region.

Responsibilities:

• • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a bold, innovative strategy to position enAI as a market leader in the AI ecosystem, with a focus on regional leadership and global competitiveness.
    • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with governments, private enterprises, academic institutions, and key stakeholders across the Middle East.
    • Drive the company’s vision of creating ethical AI solutions that empower businesses and communities.
    Operational Excellence
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance across product development, engineering, sales, and marketing functions.
    • Identify and implement scalable business models to maximize revenue streams, including SaaS, enterprise AI, and bespoke AI solutions.
    • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to maintain enAI’s competitive edge.
    Financial Management
    • Lead fundraising efforts by engaging with investors, VCs, and government-backed initiatives to secure capital for research, development, and expansion.
    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve short- and long-term goals.
    Team Leadership
    • Recruit, inspire, and retain top talent across technology, data science, and business functions.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
    • Serve as a public face of enAI, representing the company at industry events, media engagements, and in high-profile discussions on AI ethics and advancements.

Requirements:

• • Proven Experience: 10+ years in leadership roles, preferably in AI, SaaS, or tech-driven industries, with a strong track record of scaling businesses and driving innovation.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, and NLP, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Strategic Visionary: Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong knowledge of the Middle East market, including its cultural nuances, regulatory landscape, and economic drivers.
  • Financial Expertise: Experience in fundraising, P&L management, and driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership & Communication: Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
