Product Lead, AI Modeling

Entobase is an AI-powered FinTech which enables users to instantly access personalized loan offers from 100+ lenders. We also enable any business to embed (for free) our lending solutions and provide its customers with instant access to a wide range of loan offers.

We are hiring a Product Lead, AI Modeling to join our team. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• • AI Strategy and Roadmap:
    • Define the vision and roadmap for AI-driven product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Prioritize AI use cases based on customer impact, feasibility, and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and designers to integrate AI models into the platform.
    • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • AI Product Development:
    • Oversee the lifecycle of AI models, from ideation to deployment and iteration.
    • Work with the engineering team to implement machine learning algorithms, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
  • Customer-Centric AI Design:
    • Ensure AI models are tailored to provide highly personalized and fair loan recommendations.
    • Incorporate customer feedback to refine AI-driven features.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Define KPIs for AI features and track their performance (e.g., recommendation accuracy, loan approval rates).
    • Collaborate with MLOps teams to monitor and update deployed models as needed.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
    • Ensure AI models adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards, with a focus on explainability and fairness.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay updated on advancements in AI and FinTech, identifying opportunities to enhance Entobase’s competitive edge.

Requirements:

• • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years working on AI/ML-driven products.
    • Proven track record of delivering AI-powered features in a FinTech, SaaS, or data-intensive environment.
    Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including recommendation systems, predictive modeling, and natural language processing (NLP).
    • Familiarity with tools and platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
    • Knowledge of MLOps practices and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    Business Acumen:
    • Deep knowledge of FinTech, lending ecosystems, and customer-centric product design.
    • Experience balancing business goals with technical feasibility.
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
