Entobase is an AI-powered FinTech which enables users to instantly access personalized loan offers from 100+ lenders. We also enable any business to embed (for free) our lending solutions and provide its customers with instant access to a wide range of loan offers.

We are looking for an VP, Business Development to join our team. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership:
      • Develop and execute the company’s business development strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
      • Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to capture them.
      • Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development efforts with product and marketing strategies.
    • Partnership Development:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, FinTech partners, and other stakeholders.
      • Establish strategic alliances to enhance Entobase’s service offerings and market presence.
      • Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements to maximize value.
    • Revenue Growth:
      • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for new business.
      • Define and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in market penetration and revenue targets.
      • Lead initiatives to expand customer base and enter new geographic markets.
    • Market Research & Analysis:
      • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
      • Provide actionable insights to refine Entobase’s value proposition and competitive positioning.
    • Team Leadership:
      • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing business development team.
      • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-oriented thinking.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within FinTech, financial services, or AI-driven industries.
    • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex deals with C-level executives.
    • Strong network within the financial services and technology sectors.
    • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
    • Data-driven decision-making approach with a deep understanding of AI, financial markets, and lending practices.
